Our lead times have decreased yet again; everybody’s been really pleasant to work with. The communication is good and the process is always done in a timely fashion. Working with Vibrant Graphics has allowed us the ability to produce actual cup marketing samples instead of creating mock samples previously. In addition it has allowed us to do small pilot tool testing of new products. Also we were able to expand our product offering to customers with small order requests (small = less than 10,000 cup requirement). Vibrant Graphics gives us the ability to do test runs for new tooling and new products along with quick turnaround time if needed and we really value that.
